1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Sam Media, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Sam Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Meta Advertising Campaign Management
  • Google Ads Management
  • Website Development
  • Creative & Video Production
  • Performance Marketing Strategy

Scope of services will be defined in mutual communication before project initiation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory before work begins.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared as per agreed timeline.
  • Failure to pay may result in project suspension.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Refund Policy: Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Provide access to advertising accounts
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies
  • Approve creatives in a timely manner

5. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including competition, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes.

  • No revenue guarantees
  • No lead guarantees
  • No ROI guarantees
  • No ad approval guarantee

6. Advertising Platform Liability

Sam Media is not responsible for:

  • Ad account bans or suspensions
  • Platform policy changes
  • Disabled business managers
  • Rejected advertisements

7. Intellectual Property

All marketing strategies, creatives, ad copies, and materials developed by Sam Media remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sam Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client violates platform policies
  • Client fails to make payments
  • Client provides misleading information

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or platform outages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
